Crafted from a single block of aluminum, this ashtray boasts meticulous craftsmanship and design. An initial CNC to shape the aluminum, followed by anodizing it entirely our custom blue for a vibrant finish. A second round of CNC machining reveals a sleek blue strip. It’s then hand-brushed, hand-polished, and laser engraved.

Due to the unique approach of the manufacturing process, it is typical to see varied subtle machine markings on each piece. This variance is a signature aspect of the BlankedStudios Ashtray and a natural result of our production process.
