Orders are processed and shipped within 48–72 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.All orders are subject to availability.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes your order number and invoice. This is not acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received and is still subject to cancellation.

Adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed. Any orders that require address changes will be cancelled and must be resubmitted.

Delivery costs vary depending on the service selected, where the item is coming from and the destination. Delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery to PO Boxes are currently unavailable. Providing a PO Box address may result in a shipping delay and/or cancellation.

BlankedStudios does not claim responsibility for stolen, lost or missing packages.All goods are the purchaser's responsibility from the time the package is delivered to the address specified on the order.

Should you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we suggest you contact the local police department and your insurance company.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made immediately one hour after the order is placed.

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt. There are no additional fees to initiate a return.

TRACKING

Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you via email. 
Subsequently, an email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
In the event that your order is shipped from multiple locations, you may receive multiple packages along with their respective tracking information.

Please be advised that we cannot make delivery changes while the package is in transit.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Any duties or taxes are set by your local customs authority and aren't collected at checkout. Some orders—both U.S. and international—may have import fees applied on delivery, and these are the buyer's responsibility. We're happy to answer questions before you order.

Domestic orders are subject to local sales tax and will be calculated at checkout in selected states where applicable.

US orders containing products that are not part of our "Archives Sale" ship Duties & Taxes paid. 

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

BlankedStudios is not responsible for packages or items delivered by third-party shippers. Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, all goods become the purchaser's responsibility.
