In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Items with a stated lead time (for example "Ships late October") ship by that date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. All orders are subject to availability.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes your order number and invoice. This is not acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received and is still subject to cancellation.

Adjustments cannot be made once an order has been placed. Any orders that require address changes will be cancelled and must be resubmitted.

Delivery costs vary depending on the service selected, where the item is coming from and the destination. Delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery to PO Boxes is currently unavailable. Providing a PO Box address may result in a shipping delay and/or cancellation.

BlankedStudios does not claim responsibility for stolen, lost or missing packages. All goods are the purchaser's responsibility from the time the package is delivered to the address specified on the order.

Should you suspect your package has been stolen after delivery, we suggest you contact the local police department and your insurance company.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be requested within one hour of placing the order.

RETURNS

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are free for US orders: there are no fees to initiate a return, and the original shipping fee will be refunded as well.

Returns from Europe carry a small return fee, assessed case by case. Returns from all other countries are also handled case by case; please email us with your order number.

TRACKING

Once you have placed your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you.

Subsequently, an email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

In the event that your order is shipped from multiple locations, you may receive multiple packages along with their respective tracking information.

Please be advised that we cannot make delivery changes while the package is in transit.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Duties and taxes are set by your local customs authority and aren't collected at checkout. International orders may have import fees applied on delivery, and these are the buyer's responsibility. We're happy to answer questions before you order.

All USA orders ship with duties and taxes paid. Domestic orders are subject to local sales tax, calculated at checkout in selected states where applicable.

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

BlankedStudios is not responsible for packages or items delivered by third-party shippers. Once an order is delivered to the shipping address provided, all goods become the purchaser's responsibility.
