We accept returns on eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and components. Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email info@blankedstudios.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN FEES & REFUNDS

There are no fees in the USA to initiate a return and original shipping fee will be refunded as well. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

International returns are handled case by case, please email us with your order number. 

RETURN SHIPPING

BlankedStudios will provide a return shipping label once your return is confirmed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items, gift cards, items marked as non-returnable, and products returned outside the 15-day return window.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@blankedstudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter accordingly.
