BlankedStudios Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1. The BlankedStudios Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Must be a follower of @blankedstudios and @brandinowang on the Instagram platform.
• Must have liked and shared the designated giveaway post on their Instagram story.
• Must have tagged one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.

1.2. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of BlankedStudios are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.

2. Entry Period:

2.1. The Giveaway begins on September 22nd 2023 at 5pm PST and ends on September 27th, 2023, at 11:59 PST Pacific Standard Time (PST) (the "Entry Period").

3. Prize:

3.1. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries. Each winner will receive the opportunity to choose any one (1) item from BlankedStudios' newest collection, free of charge.

3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

4. Winner Selection:

4.1. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

4.2. The winners will be notified through Instagram Direct Message (DM) and must respond within [number] hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

5. Publicity:

5.1. By participating in the Giveaway, winners grant BlankedStudios the right to use their name, Instagram username, and any content submitted for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing materials without further compensation.

6. General Conditions:

6.1. BlankedStudios reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.

6.2. BlankedStudios is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, lost, late, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

6.3. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BlankedStudios and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation or acceptance of the prize.

7. Privacy:

7.1. Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law:

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vancouver BC Canada.
