We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all original packaging and components. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email info@blankedstudios.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN FEES & REFUNDS

Returns are free for US orders: there are no fees to initiate a return, and the original shipping fee will be refunded as well.

Returns from Europe carry a small return fee, assessed case by case. Returns from all other countries are also handled case by case; please email us with your order number.

As BlankedStudios grows, our goal is to make returns free in more regions. For now, the cost and logistics of international shipping don't allow it.

RETURN SHIPPING

For US orders, BlankedStudios will provide a return shipping label once your return is confirmed. For European and other international orders, return shipping is arranged case by case.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale items, gift cards, items marked as non-returnable, and products returned outside the 30-day return window.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact info@blankedstudios.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and resolve the matter accordingly.
